Lisa Schafer - Director and Principal Consultant

Lisa is a coach and registered psychologist 25 years' experience supporting individuals, leaders and organisations through growth, change and transition.

Her work draws on a background in organisational psychology and extensive experience across leadership development, career development, talent management, organisational consulting and human resources. She has worked across a diverse range of industries and organisational settings, helping leaders, teams and organisations navigate complexity, build capability and respond effectively to change.

Alongside her organisational work, Lisa has extensive experience supporting individuals through career transitions, workplace challenges, leadership responsibilities and significant life changes. She works with professionals seeking greater clarity, confidence and direction, particularly during periods of uncertainty, competing demands or important decision-making.

Raj Khetarpal - Senior Consultant

Raj is a leadership and career development coach with extensive experience supporting individuals, leaders and organisations through growth, transition and change.

Throughout his career, Raj has worked in highly people-focused roles across talent, human resources, career transition, organisational change and operations management. He has developed and implemented people, talent, culture and career strategies within small, medium and large organisations, helping individuals and businesses navigate complexity, build capability and achieve sustainable growth.

With a background in change management, Raj is particularly skilled at helping people adapt to change, gain clarity and identify practical pathways forward. He works collaboratively with clients to understand their strengths, values and unique contribution, supporting them to articulate their professional story with confidence and impact.

Carlos Schafer - Principal Consultant

Carlos is an executive coach, registered psychologist, entrepreneur and former senior executive with extensive experience leading organisations through growth, transformation and change.

Over the course of his career, Carlos has held executive leadership roles across education, technology and financial services. He has led venture capital businesses, developed new products and services, managed large sales teams, overseen organisational transformations and divestments, and led people and culture functions. He has also founded businesses in psychology, telephony security and mind-training software.

This breadth of experience gives Carlos a unique perspective on leadership and organisational life. Having worked as a psychologist, executive, business owner and coach, he understands the opportunities, challenges and complexities that leaders face at every stage of their careers. He works with executives, senior leaders, business owners and emerging leaders seeking to strengthen their leadership capability, navigate complexity and create meaningful, sustainable change.

As a certified ontological coach, Carlos takes a holistic approach to development.
