We are passionate about supporting mums who are returning to work, to help them better reconcile the competing roles they play at home and work. With direct experience in this area, we have a lot of empathy for mothers out there who are trying to make it all work!

We do this by working with you one-on-one to identify your strengths, values, and skills, and to define new measures of success. We then support you to develop personal strategies that help you in all areas of life, with as much self-compassion and confidence as possible. We also provide active support to implement your chosen strategies.

To best support you and your busy life, we are very flexible about how and where we meet. Our sessions can take place in person at our office or your place of work (if you are in Melbourne), or from home via telephone or Skype/Zoom (particularly if you are not currently working, are outside of Melbourne, including interstate or overseas, or simply can't get out of the house!).
