About Us
Schafer Group is a Melbourne-based coaching and consulting practice supporting individuals and organisations through the challenges, decisions and opportunities that arise throughout working life.
People come to us when they are considering a career change, navigating a difficult workplace situation, stepping into leadership, returning from parental leave, questioning their direction or simply trying to make sense of a situation that no longer feels straightforward.
We understand that decisions about work are rarely just about work. They often involve questions about confidence, relationships, wellbeing, competing priorities and what matters most at this stage of life. They may also involve difficult trade-offs between security and growth, ambition and balance, or staying the course and pursuing something different.
Our role is to provide a space for reflection, perspective and practical action, helping people make sense of complexity and take meaningful steps forward.
Meet Our Team
Our team brings expertise across psychology, coaching, leadership, career development and organisational consulting.
